The family owned this hotel is located on the „Parenzana“ an old disused Austro Hungarian railway line which once connected Trieste with Poreč. The old railway is currently under restoration as a bike trail and passes through three countries (Italy, Slovenia and Croatia). Our location is ideal for exploring both the popular coastal resorts as well as the picturesque inland heart of Istria with its historical hilltop towns of Motovun and Grožnjan. In our „konoba“ restaurant we offer traditional regional delicacies such as „Čripnja“ (roast meat or fish and potatoes cooked in a cast iron pot on an open hearth fire). During the season truffle are hunted locally, don't miss your chance of tasting this well known aphrodisiac from our special menu.
