It is situated directly on a hill near Ripenda, where a fantastic view is offered: On the one hand over the green hills toward the old town of Labin, on the other on the impressive mountain chain Ucka and on the fascinating and evergreen landscape of Istria. In the midst of a enormous green 20,000 square meters large natural estate, which belongs to the hotel, one can experience the tranquility of this fascinating region and is nevertheless only 2km away from the deep-blue Adriatic. The family-led country pension offers their guests a unique ambience and spoils you with local specialties in its rustic restaurant. In front of the house is a generous terrace.
