Extra Costs
Pets are extra charged 6,50 € per day (only on request and only small pets).
30% extra for stay shorter than 4 days.
Deposit: 25 € per person or 150 € per apartment; it's refunded in case there's no damage.
If children till 4 years don`t use the extra bed, they pay only 50 % of the extra bed price.
Air condition system is extra charged 5 € per day (on spot).
Extra Services
The house is cleaned before the guests arrive and after they leave the house. The electricity, water, towels, bed linen, cleaning detergents and dish towels are already charged in the price.
