Minimum stay for 3* apartments: 3 nights in period 05.05.-26.05. and 08.09.-29.09.; 5 nights in period 26.05.-07.07. and 25.08.-08.09., 7 nights in period 07.07.-25.08.
Arrival/Departure for 3* apartments: daily in period until 07.07. and from 25.08.; in other periods Saturdays.
Minimum stay for 4* apartments: 3 nights in period 05.05.-26.05. and 08.09.-29.09.; 7 nights in period 26.05.-08.09.
Arrival/Departure for 4* apartments: daily in period until 26.05. and from 08.09.; in other periods Saturdays.

20% extra for stay shorter than minimum stay in period 26.05.-08.09. Supplement for baby cot for children until 3 years 4-7 € per day in period 26.05.-08.09., payment on spot; in other period gratis. Deposit for finally cleaning 35 €, payment on spot, refundable in case guests leave apartment undamaged and clean.
Extra Services
The electricity, water, towels, bed linen, cleaning detergents and tea towels are already charged in the price.
