The balconies have a view of the old town and fishing boats in the port, thus providing a direct experience of the original atmosphere in the fishermen’s town. Riva is also near Hotel Pineta and Belvedere Resort, so its guests are free to use a number of additional facilities including the swimming pool, restaurants, sporting and entertainment facilities…
Reception for the Riva apartments is inside the Pineta Hotel, and the apartments is an integral part of the hotel business. All facilities of the Pineta Hotel are at the disposal of the Riva's guests.

Supplement for half board: 24 € per person/day, 12 € for children up to 10 years.
Supplement for pets: 70 € once for reservations up to 7 days, 10 € daily after 7th day of stay.
Extra Services
Apartments are cleaned before the guests arrive and after they leave the house. The electricity, water, towels, bed linen, cleaning detergents and tea towels are already charged in the price.
