Description of Holiday Resort Laguna Bellevue - Porec-Plava Laguna
Laguna Bellevue apartments are located on a hill of pinewood trees, with 19 villas, 80 apartments, 127 studio apartments. Also, there are Villa Antonija with 3 apartments, and Villa Mediteran with 12 apartments. The air-conditioned Laguna Bellevue apartments are situated on the wooded slope, about 50 to 200 meters from the sea. The apartments are 35, 44, and 52 m2 - with two double rooms, living room with kitchen and sofa, bathroom (the large ones have up to two bathrooms), and terrace. Apartments are equipped with satellite TV, telephone,and hairdryer. In the apartment complex Laguna Bellevue, there are several restaurants, swimming pool, supermarket, aperitif bar, and a pastry shop. Well-equipped sport facilities, entertainment center, and playgrounds are situated nearby. Stone and pebble beaches are well-maintained, located approximate 50 to 200 meters from the apartments. The beach area has high standards in security and sea water quality, with “Blue Flag” recognition. Poreč can be reached by car, local tourist «train» or by boat.

Extra Services
Apartments are cleaned before the guests arrive and after they leave the house. The electricity, water, towels, bed linen, cleaning detergents and tea towels are already charged in the price.
Hand towels are changed every day, bed linen twice a week.
HB is served in Hotel Mediteran and includes breakfast with wine and champagne is served, and dinner with drink during the dinner:water, juice, draft beer, table wine red and white), theme night once a week.
