Studio apartments Laguna Bellevue Porec are situated in single-store houses, built in Istrian style, on a mild sunny slope, among pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. Guests can benefit from the 127 air-conditioned studio apartments for two, three, or four people. The apartments are 18-42m², with combined space for bedroom and living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace. Two bigger types of apartments have two bathrooms and two terraces, satellite TV, telephone, and hairdryer. In the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool, market, several restaurants, grill terrace, and pastry shop. The beach is well-maintained, cca 200-300m away from complex. As the complex beach area has high standards in security and sea water quality, the beach area received the international recognition “Blue Flag”. The apartment complex offers an entertainment center, playground and sport facilities with four tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, basketball, beach volley, badminton court, boat rental, yachts, diving center with diving school, and a small port. Extra Services
Apartments are cleaned before the guests arrive and after they leave the house. The electricity, water, towels, bed linen, cleaning detergents and tea towels are already charged in the price.
Hand towels are changed every day, bed linen twice a week.
HB is served in Hotel Mediteran and includes breakfast with wine and champagne is served, and dinner with drink during the dinner:water, juice, draft beer, table wine red and white), theme night once a week.
