The house is located near the church, town, beach and famous painting street "Grisia". This is typical Rovinj old house. On the ground floor are kitchen and toilet. On the first and second floors are bedrooms. On each floor has one bedroom with 2 beds. Air conditioning is only in the room on the 2nd floor. Parking place is located 10 minutes walk from the house Sanvincenti. Upon arrival, owner organize baggage transport with electric car. Parking is free of charge.
