The house has been built at the beginning of the XX century, and it has been completely renovated in authentic Istrian style in the year 2004. This house represents one of the most successful examples of restoration of an Istrian house, and to its guests offers an outstanding level of comfort combined with a unique atmosphere of an over 100 years old stone house. Located on an own land, with a lovely lawn and hundred years old olive trees, the Villa Rosini to its guests offers a swimming pool, a spacious terrace, barbecue with oven and parking places for three cars. Villa for 8 persons with in total 150 m2. At the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen with, a dining-living room with table for 10 people and an open fireplace, satellite TV and DVD-player.
