Vacation home is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the city of Labin, in a quiet location in the street with only a dozen families, surrounded by woods, meadows and a beautiful view of the old town of Labin, yet only 800 meters away from the city center.
The house has a garden and a beautiful environment where guests can use barbecue, deck chairs and the boccia court, surrounded by high walls and vegetation to keep privacy.
There is a swing for the children, lawn badminton and football, a large park in the shade closed with automatic gate of the court.
In the season, guests can consume fruits and vegetables from the garden (cherries, figs, grapes, tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce, etc.).
Guests are offered also with local wine (Malvasia and Teran), brandy and honey by our own production.
Close to the house are bigger shopping centers which are open from 8:00 till 21:00 during whole week.
Only 500 meters from the house is situated the city market which is open from 07:00 till 13:00 hours every day and also offers a daily fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and high-quality fresh fish.
Just 5 minutes drive (5 km) leads to the tourist place Rabac - the pearl of the east coast of Istria, whose beautiful beaches are marked with blue flags because of the exceptional quality of the sea.
During the summer, guests can visit the various cultural, entertainment, folklore and art facilities, high quality restaurants, pizzerias, pastryes.
Almost every week are organized events in the folklore surroundings of the small Istrian places that will enchant you with their traditional indigenous uniqueness.
