Renovated stone house from 1904. situated near National Park North Velebit, about 750 m above sea level, provides stress- free vacation while surrounded by untouched nature and enjoying fresh mountain air during hot summer days, jet just 15 minutes car drive from the beach. Vicinity of ferry boat connection to islands Rab and Pag and montain rear of Lika enables various vacation – something for everyone.Horse riding, mountain hiking with professional guide, visiting National Park, excursions to islands Rab, Pag etc. are some of possibilities. Since the house is situated inside Park of Nature power suply is generated by photovoltaics panels and water consumption is limited to 4 m3 (4 tons, about 100 litars for day for person) a week (EU average 150 liters, future projections 80 litars) so a certain level of attention with water consumption is necessary.
