Rabac

Rabac is a small touristic place situated in the protected bay. Despite the rich touristic offer and big number of accommodation Rabac still leaves the impression of small fishing place what makes it very charming. It is surrounded with the dense Mediterranean vegetation and numerous beaches and bays which are connected with the long walk paths next to the sea. The touristic offer include the accommodation in hotels, auto camp, apartments and private accommodation, there are numerous shops and restaurant and the beautiful beaches which perfectly fits into a natural landscape what makes Rabac as one of the most attractive destinations in Istria. History : Rabac was a small fishing place, and the inhabitants very doing mostly the fishing. The nice bay and nature had attracted the attention of many important persons, and in the 19th century the first visitors had come. The first hotel in Rabac had been open in 1889.year, and more intense development of tourism had started in 60’s years of the last century when Rabac started to built the hotels, auto camp and had completely turned to a tourism. Today Rabac is attractive destination which offers to the guest the diversity of touristic offer and nice arraigned nature and beaches.
