House 711 - Zambratija Umag Istria

The modern house was build in the year 2003 and is situated in a small fishing village Zambratija. It's only 3 km away from the center of the town Umag which is internationally known for the annual ATP tennis tournament. The location guarantees peaceful and relaxing vacation; it's the last house in a road which leads directly to the beach. It's surrounded with a small forest and a wine and olive plantation. For all interested guests there is the possibility for a small fee to use the WLAN in the house. The code for network you will get from the owner of the house. Also a beautiful maintained garden belongs to the house. Parking space is assured for the guests in the closed inner courtyard. Our guests are also very welcome to use our barbecue. Our neighbours grow and sell their seasonal vegetables and fruits as well as self made olive oil. Please ask your host for more information. The nearest beach (sand and rock one) as well as renowned local restaurants are only 250 m away from the house. In the vicinity you can choose between many leisure activities (beach volleyball and tennis courts, riding and cycle tracks, para gliding, diving). Also daily trips, with a ship, to the beautiful Italian city Venice represent an important part of the attractive leisure offer of this region. High-quality equipped apartments are a guarantee for a relaxing vacation.
