This newly built house provides 2 luxurious apartments suitable for 3-6 persons. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Both accommodations are completely equipped: the smaller apartment has a kitchen, a bath, a roomy bedroom and living room as well as a terrace, a washing machine, SAT TV, DVD, radio and a vault. The larger apartment (120 m 2) is completely sheathed with luxurious granite and consists of a kitchen, 2 baths, several roomy bedrooms and living rooms as well as two terraces. It likewise contains an air conditioning system, a SAT TV, a DVD player and a radio. The next shop is approx.. 30 m away, at the end of the road. To reach the town center takes a 10 min. walk. The distance to the beach amounts to about 250 m (stone, gravel and sand). The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Garage and parking possibilities are present directly in front of the house.
