This house is located in the center of the town of Hvar called ''Groda'', which is the historic core of Hvar is surrounded by seven centuries old stone walls. The apartment is decorated in the style of the original Dalmatian house, a special place has a rustic fireplace, which is one of the oldest in town, for centuries it was used for the preparation of meals and heating. Basically it is a two-flat apartment total area of approximately 80m2, with three double bedrooms (one with a cot), dining room, kitchen with dining area and toilet and bathroom.
