The town of Trogir is also known as the "city museum" and stands on the list of the UNESCO world cultural heritage. The house is situated in a bay and is about 20 m away from the sea. The house provides 3 newly built apartments located on the 1. and 2. floor. Only cross the street and you are directly by the sea. The beach is about 20 m from the house away and because of the shallow water, the sand and the gravel is particularly suitable for small children. This region offers numerous sport activities, like for an example: Para glide, sailing, water ski, tennis, mini golf and climbing. The local center is about 600 m from the house away and can also be comfortably reached on foot. The house has internal and lockable parking lots.
